1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Plaza platform at plazapro.shop, downloading the Plaza mobile application, or registering an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform.

2. User Eligibility & Student Verification

Plaza is designed primarily for registered students, faculty members, approved off-campus landlords, and authorized vendors at Nigerian tertiary institutions. Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Verification of identity using Student ID or National Identification Number (NIN) is required to unlock seller and landlord privileges.

3. Peer Marketplace Rules & 0% Listing Fee

Plaza operates a peer-to-peer commerce platform connecting student buyers and sellers directly:

• Zero Listing Deductions: Plaza charges 0% commission on peer student listings. Sellers retain 100% of agreed sales.
• Prohibited Items: Users are strictly forbidden from listing counterfeit goods, weapons, stolen property, illegal drugs, examination malpractice materials, or illicit services. Violators will face immediate permanent ban and referral to university disciplinary committees.
• Public Campus Meetup Protocol: For security, all physical exchanges and deal finalizations must take place in daylight at designated public campus zones (e.g. University Library Foyer, Senate Building, Campus Cafeteria).

4. Student Housing & Video Inspection Standard

Landlords, lodge owners, and student caretakers listing accommodation on Plaza agree that:

• All photos and video walkthroughs must be genuine, unaltered, and depict the actual available lodge room.
• Charging unauthorized "agent inspection fees" to prospective student tenants is strictly prohibited on Plaza.
• Misrepresentation of water supply, electricity, or security amenities will result in immediate removal of listing.

5. Telecom Communications & Sender ID Disclosure

Plaza delivers transactional notifications, security verification codes, event pass confirmations, and deal invoices via SMS and Email. Official SMS messages are delivered under registered telecom Sender ID "PLAZA". Standard network provider charges may apply.

6. Limitation of Liability

Plaza facilitates communication and verified connections between students, landlords, and local vendors. While we implement strict identity checks and electronic deal receipts, users are encouraged to inspect physical items and hostels before exchanging funds. Plaza is not liable for off-platform disputes or negligence occurring outside designated safe protocols.
